Sime Darby Bhd's pre-tax profit for the third quarter ended March 31, 2015, declined 38 per cent to RM595.2 million from RM960.54 million recorded in the same period last year.

Revenue decreased to RM9.99 billion from RM10.1 billion previously.

President and Group Chief Executive Tan Sri Mohd Bakke Salleh, in a filing to Bursa Malaysia, said the third quarter results continued to be negatively impacted by tough business conditions amid macroeconomic headwinds in several regions.
