"Tomorrow is the first day of Syawal, which marks the end of Ramadan.
"Just as Ramadan was observed differently amid COVID-19, so too we have had to adjust Hari Raya celebrations," said Lee in his Aidilfitri message posted on his Facebook page, here, tonight.

Normally, Lee said Muslim families here would be visiting the mosque tomorrow morning followed by the traditional Hari Raya visits.
"Instead, this year, they will join the ‘live’ takbir on radio and online, and listen to the Hari Raya khutbah by the Mufti from their homes.
"Virtual visits will replace actual ones. The `Jalan Raya' will be missed; still, with creativity and technology, families have found ways to connect with loved ones and friends, and celebrate together while physically apart," he said.
"I wish all Muslim friends a joyful and blessed celebration. Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri!," Lee said before ending his posting with his initial LHL.
