Eleven people have been detained so far in connection with the killing of a bank officer by a security guard last week, the latest one in Johor on Sunday.

Ten of them were picked up last week.

Selangor CID chief SAC Mohd Adnan Abdullah, when contacted by Bernama today, said the six men and five women, aged between 24 and 44, were detained to assist in establishing the guard's whereabouts.

A security guard shot dead bank officer Norazita Abu Talib, 37, after she had opened the strongroom of an Ambank branch in Subang Jaya on Oct 24 and fled with about RM450,000 from the vault.

Police have launched a hunt for the guard. Several people, including the guard's wife, have been detained for questioning.
