"Capture the individuals who hit my father in the car acccident," said Nur Firuza Amira Fairuz Nizam to Home Minister, Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

This was the request made by Nur Firuza Amira during Ahmad Zahid's goodwill visit to the family of Fairuz Nizam Husain, the victim of the fatal accident involving two units of Perodua Myvis and a Pajero on the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) early Saturday morning.

Nur Firuza Amira, seven, and her younger sister Nur Firuza Aqila, four are now orphaned after their parents and sibling died in the accident.

The accident at the Duta-Ulu Klang Express highway early Saturday morning claimed the lives of death of Fairuz Nizam Husain, 35, his wife Nova Safitri Azhari, 25, and their seven-month-old daughter, Nur Firuza Annisa.

Initial investigations revealed the Mitsubishi Pajero the family were travelling in was hit by a Perodua Myvi from the right, causing Fairuz Nizam to lose control of the vehicle before crashing into another an oncoming Myvi.

The impact caused the four-wheel drive to spin and overturned several times causing the three of them thrown out of the vehicle.

Fairuz died at the scene while his wife and daughter succumbed to their injuries at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL).
