Former Harimau Muda player, Syahrul Azwari Ibrahim who is involved in a tussle between Kelantan and Sarawak, has been confirmed as a 'loaned' player for the 'Bujang Senang' team for the 2016 season.

Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) general secretary, Datuk Hamidin Mohd Amin said in a statement that Syahrul Azwari, the Kelantan Football Association (KAFA) and Football Association of Sarawak (FAS) had reached an agreement after having a negotiation.

"All parties concerned have agreed that the player (Syahrul Azwari) be registered to play for Sarawak 'on loan' subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon.

"As such, FAM hereby confirms that there is no obstacle/restriction on the licence/player registration, and the player has also been allowed to be registered outside the 'Window of First Transfer For the 2016 Season," he said.
