Don't believe in viral video showing tawaf halted in front of Kaabah - Tabung Haji

Tabung Haji chairman Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim says the video could be an old video, taken from previous years.
Tabung Haji has advised the public not to believe in a video which has gone viral on social media, showing the tawaf had stopped as pilgrims were about to perform the ritual at Masjidil Haram.
Its chairman Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim said so far they have not received any information about the incident.
He said Tabung Haji has stationed its staff all-year long to monitor the current situation at the holy land.
He also said he managed to perform the umrah in the morning and no such incident happened on Wednesday morning.

He said one of the possibility could be that the video was an old view taken from the previous years.
The 86-second video showed the tawaf had stopped due to the congestion around the Kaabah.
