The movie, a live-action remake of Disney's animated classic film, began its worldwide roll out on March 16.
The much awaited movie 'Beauty and the Beast' to be shown from March 30 without any cuts, Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC) tweeted today.
The movie has been approved for release in Malaysia with a rating of PG13.
The Walt Disney Co film has courted controversy after the director, Bill Condon, first announced that it would feature a gay character - LeFou, the goofy sidekick to main villain Gaston - for the first time in Disney's history.
Starring Emma Watson as young Belle who falls in love with the Beast, it is one of the most talked about Hollywood movies of the spring.
The movie was originally scheduled for release on March 16.
Malaysian authorities had postponed the screening of the movie following a gay moment in the film but had later allowed it to be screened after making the necessary cuts.
Disney in return had refused to release a censored version of the film after authorities cut the "gay moment" in the movie.
The movie has also come under fire from religious figures in neighbouring Singapore, with Christian clergy attacking Disney for deviating from "wholesome, mainstream values".
At least one theatre in the US state of Alabama has refused to show the film while Russia slapped an adults-only rating on the movie last week following pressure by an ultra-conservative lawmaker who was pushing for a ban.
