Ambank murder, Norazita's shooter caught by police - IGP's tweet

The security guard who shot and killed Ambank Subang Jaya branch officer Norazita Abu Talib, 37, last month, has been caught by the police today.
The matter was confirmed by the Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar on his Twitter page when he congratulates the Bukit Aman Ops Cantas team for detaining the suspect in Johor Baharu.

A statement by Federal CID director Comm Datuk Hadi Ho Abdullah also confirmed that the man was arrested at 7am in Kampung Belungkor, Kota Tinggi and as such, the hunt for the man has come to an end," he said.
During the 6.18pm incident on Oct 23, Norazita was shot by the suspect when she opened the bank's strong room (bank vault) with another woman officer.
Norazita who has been working in the bank for 16 years died when she was shot by the suspect with a pump gun.
The suspect then fled with about RM450,000 from the vault.
A 32-second video, believed to be footages of a CCTV recording depicting the incident, went viral in the social media following the murder.
