Budget hotel razed down in Bukit Bintang fire

A total of 24 firemen from the Hang Tuah, Pudu, and KLCC stations were dispatched to the location.
A budget hotel, The Joko Hotel at Jalan Berangan, off Jalan Cenderasari, was burned to the ground in a fire at Bukit Bintang today.
A spokesperson from the Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department said they received the distress call at about 1.46pm today and arrived at the location 15 minutes later.
A total of 24 firemen from the Hang Tuah, Pudu, and KLCC stations were dispatched to the location.
The fire was completely put out at 3.13pm.
No casualties were reported in the fire.
The cause of the fire and total loss are still being investigated.
