IMD World Ranking Talent Report 2014

Malaysia is ranked fifth in the Human Capital Report 2014, according to International Management Development (IMD).

The report also showed the position comparison in the last decade.

Three main factors were used to measure the ranking include investment, human capital development as well as other contributing factors including pull and readiness.
