No one was hurt in the incident, however, the pilot of the G-164A9 aircraft, Australian Peter Hardy, 56, sustained minor injuries.
Cameron Highlands Fire and Rescue Operation chief Muhd Haziq Hazmi said eyewitnesses reported seeing the aircraft flying low and making circles before crashing into a farm on the hill.
"We received a call about the incident at about 1.35pm and when we reached there, the victim had been removed from the aircraft," he said.
"The pilot only sustained scratches on his left arm and body. We have carried out inspection at the site to ensure the aircraft does not catch fire," he said when contacted by Astro AWANI today.
"We have also received information that the aircraft from Subang was used to spray fertiliser at the Sungai Palas tea plantation," he said.
He said the pilot has been sent to to Sultanah Hajjah Kalsom Hospital in Tanah Rata for treatment.
