Malaysia has submitted the feedback on the MH17 plane crash report to the Dutch investigation team recently, said Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

Liow, without giving any specific date when the feedback was submitted, said the report was sent to the joint investigation team to be finalised before it would be made public early October.

"It's not right for me to reveal the content of the report because it has not been finalised yet, and should be finalised by them (Dutch investigation team).

"They promised to reveal it in October. Well, I think the most important thing is, the report must be about the truth and the cause of the incident.

"The initial report mentioned that a high energy object hit MH17, so we want to finalise what is it. I hope the report can reveal it," he told reporters after officiating Pahang MCA annual general meeting here today.

Previously it was reported that the Dutch authorities have completed the full MH17 plane crash report and have handed it to Malaysia to provide feedback on the matter.

Liow, who is also MCA President said, it was very important for Malaysia to find out the perpetrators, hence justice must prevail for the victims of the tragic incident.

All 298 passengers and crew on board the Malaysia Airlines flight - the majority of them Dutch - died when the plane was shot down on July 17, 2014 over eastern Ukraine.
