Malaysia to cancel visa-free entry for North Koreans
Beginning Monday, all North Korean nationals will need a visa to enter Malaysia, said Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi today.
The visa ruling for North Koreans, to be implemented by the Immigration Department, is aimed at safeguarding national security.
Legendary actor, Jins Shamsuddin dies
Legendary actor, Tan Sri Jins Shamsuddin dies at Klinik Idham in Taman Melawati, Selangor at around 5.45pm today. He was 82.
His son, Putera Hang Nadim when met by Astro AWANI at their residence in Kampung Pasir in Hulu Klang said that his father had just finished his meal before he started having breathing difficulties after he choked on his food.
Bound bodies of woman, child found on beach
The bodies of an unidentified woman and a child were found tied together on a beach in front of the Tropical Spice Garden in Teluk Bahang near here Wednesday.
Southwestern District police chief Supt Anuar Omar said the body of the woman, in her 30s, and the four-year-old, believed to be her daughter were found at 6pm.
