Obama's second visit to Malaysia: What do Malaysians say?
US president Barack Obama's second visit to Malaysia has brought various reactions from Malaysians on social media.
Obama has been to the G20 meeting in Antalya, Turkey, the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) gathering in the Philippines capital Manila before attending the East Asian and Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summits in Kuala Lumpur.
Most Malaysians hope the world leader's visit to the country will bring benefits to Malaysia while others said they were impressed with Obama's speech when he attended the town hall session at Taylor's University on Friday.

Glad to have heard Obama's voice w/ my own ears. He even looked right at me Thank u for coming @POTUS ! #ObamaInKL pic.twitter.com/CIu1thVqzH

Some have also questioned the rationale behind some netizens who had voiced hope to Obama to resolve domestic issues in the country.

Why shld Msians expect the President of the USA to provide solutions the ctry's problems? It's our issue, not theirs https://t.co/8W40EVd1Nm

Barack Obama is a fine President. But he's answerable to the American ppl, not Msians. Of course he puts American interests first. Not ours.
