Two killed in Tambunan MPV-motorcycle crash

Two men were killed when the motorcycle they were travelling on, collided head-on with a multipurpose vehicle (MPV) at the 6km Simpang Kampung Kiayawan near here early today.
The unidentified duo, aged 20 and 21 were killed on the spot in the 2.21am crash.
Keningau police chief DSP Ahmad Jawila said initial investigations revealed the motorcycle skidded and went out of control, veering into the path of the oncoming Perodua Alza.
He said the bodies were sent to the Tambunan Hospital.
According to Ahmad Jawila, the driver and passenger in the MPV escaped unhurt. - BERNAMA
