Microsoft Office 365 'down', pengguna gagal akses Outlook

PELAYAN Microsoft Office 365 dilaporkan mengalami masalah memberi kesan kepada pengguna di sebahagian besar benua Asia Pasifik.

Twitter Office 365 juga dibanjiri aduan melibatkan perisian awan Microsoft sejak jam 11 pagi tadi.

Aduan yang diterima termasuklah kegagalan daftar masuk Outlook, perkhidmatan atas talian dan menerima emel.

Down Detector mendapati 62 peratus mengalami masalah dengan daftar masuk email dan 18 peratus mengalami masalah sambungan pelayan.

Office 365 dalam kemaskini terbaru di Twitter mereka memberitahu bahawa sedang menganalisis data diagnostik bagi mengasingkan punca utama kegagalan akses Office 365.
