South-East Asian leaders gathered in Myanmar's capital Naypyidaw on 12 November for the bi-annual ASEAN summit, with the focus expected to be on economic ties and regional territorial disputes. The final provisions of the ASEAN Economic Community - due to be completed in December 2015 - will be high on the agenda of the two-day conference. The 10 member countries will also be launching a green economy initiative to combat global warming. ASEAN comprises Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.
