Seoul aquarium kicks off Christmas season

A South Korean aquarium in Seoul on Wednesday (December 9) featured an underwater performance as part of celebrations to welcome the coming festive season. A diver dressed up in a Santa suit swam with a school of more than 20,000 shiny silver sardines, feeding them as they moved about in different formations. A white-spotted eagle ray was also part of the show. The underwater show began on Saturday (December 5) and will continue until December 27, the aquarium said, adding it is performed three times a day during the week and twice a day over the weekend.
