Tony Fernandes anggap kehilangan pesawat AirAsia QZ8501 sebagai satu mimpi ngeri
Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan AirAsia, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes terharu dengan sokongan yang diterimanya di media sosial dan menganggap kehilangan pesawat AirAsia QZ8501 sebagai satu mimpi ngeri.
Beliau yang sudah tiba di Surabaya, Indonesia berkata ingatan beliau adalah bersama para penumpang dan anak kapal.
“Saya sebagai CEO kumpulan anda akan terus bersama dalam masa-masa sukar ini. Kami akan melalui pengalaman pahit ini bersama dan saya akan cuba untuk bertemu seberapa banyak daripada anda,” tulis Tony di Twitter.
Beliau turut berterima kasih dengan pihak kerajaan Indonesia, Singapura dan Malaysia dan meletakkan harapan dalam operasi mencari dan menyelamat (SAR).

Pesawat QZ8501 itu terputus hubungan dengan menara kawalan Jakarta pada 7.24 pagi waktu tempatan, menurut kenyataan syarikat penerbangan tersebut.
Penerbangan tersebut membawa 162 penumpang dan anak kapal.
