KUALA LUMPUR: The National Human Capital Conference & Exhibition (NHCCE) will return from October 6 to 8 as the leading platform for human capital development in Malaysia and the ASEAN region.

Organised by the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp) with the support of the Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA), NHCCE 2025 carries the theme “Navigating Human Capital Revolution.”

The three-day programme at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) will highlight the need for organisations and economies to innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing world of work.

As part of the ASEAN Year of Skills (AYOS) 2025 initiative, in line with Malaysia’s ASEAN Chairmanship, the conference is expected to serve as a catalyst for strengthening the regional skills ecosystem, thereby driving shared prosperity in Southeast Asia.

Recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records as the largest human capital conference in Southeast Asia, NHCCE 2025 will feature more than 300 exhibition booths alongside a wide range of interactive sessions, including fireside chats, pocket talks, technology showcases and the BizMatch business networking platform.

These will offer participants opportunities to explore cross-industry collaborations and share best practices.

They will be joined by Chairman of PEMANDU Associates, Datuk Seri Idris Jala; Malaysian squash icon Datuk Nicol David; leadership strategist Dr Shadé Zahrai; leadership coach and orchestra conductor Jason Lai; and John Sanei, recognised among the world’s top five futurists, bestselling author and keynote speaker.

“NHCCE 2025 will serve as a hub for the exchange of knowledge and strategies in building a future-ready workforce to face the challenges of the artificial intelligence (AI) era, digitalisation and the green economy,” HRD Corp said in a statement.

Registration is now open, and more information is available on HRD Corp’s official website at http://hrdcorp.gov.my/nhcce.
