PKR vice president Nurul Izzah Anwar has been denied entry to Sarawak upon her arrival at Miri Airport this morning.
An earlier statement by a Sarawak PKR spokesman had said the Lembah Pantai MP was stopped at Sibu Airport, but later corrected the statement and location to Miri Airport.
Nurul Izzah, in her Twitter, expressed shocked at her being halted by authorities and posted up a photo of the notice of refusal entry issued to her by the State Immigration Department.

Nurul Izzah, who is also PKR national election director, had on April 29 appealed to be allowed entry into Sarawak via a letter to Sarawak Chief Minister, Tan Sri Adenan Satem.
It is understood that Nurul Izzah's presence in Sarawak was to help PKR campaign for the upcoming 11th State Election slated for May 7.
