Deputy police chief Superintendent Fadzil Mohd Ali said, the owner of the car, the victim’s identity and next-of-kin have yet to be identified.
He said, the body was discovered in the boot of the car at 9.40am after police, who had been patrolling the area in Batu 4, noticed thick black smoke rising up to the sky.
An investigation into the incident has been launched and police are awaiting the pathology results to determine the identity of the victim.

Police are urging anyone with information on the incident to contact the nearest police station.
The case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
