PUTRAJAYA: Infrastructure development and public transport are among the priorities of candidates contesting in the Putrajaya parliamentary seat in the 15th general election (GE15).

Perikatan Nasional (PN) candidate Datuk Dr Radzi Jidin said planned infrastructure and public facilities are among the 50 offers that will be implemented if he wins the parliamentary seat.

"We need a bus service that can provide convenience to Putrajaya residents. The issue of parking facilities will also be worked out," he said when launching his offer for the residents of Putrajaya here tonight.

He said his pledges are aimed at optimising Putrajaya's potential to a higher level.

"This offer is through input and feedback from the people of Putrajaya including surau congregants, government retirees and young people," he said.

Meanwhile, Pejuang candidate Datuk Mohd Rosli Ramli is also committed to improving public transport facilities in the federal government's administrative capital.

"I have ideas to improve public transportation in Putrajaya... bus routes will also be reviewed so that commuters will not have to wait too long," he said when checking on operations at the Putrajaya Sentral bus terminal today.

Putrajaya will see a six-cornered fight involving Radzi (PN-Bersatu), Mohd Rosli (GTA-Pejuang), Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor (BN-UMNO), Dr Noraishah Mydin Abdul Aziz (PH-PKR) and two independent candidates, Lim Fice Bee and Samsudin Mohamad Fauzi.
