The Second Round of the Masters Tournament belonged to two Australians, Jason Day (68) and Marc Leishman (73) as it did to 53-year-old veteran Fred Couples (67). Day holds the lead on a two-day total of 138 , 6 under for the tournament with Leishman and Couples tied for second on 139, on 7 under.

Tiger Woods is tied for seventh in a crowded group of 7 on a two-day total of 141. At one point with four holes to play he held a joint share of the lead but three-putted the final hole for his second day score of 71.

The biggest story for Day Two was Chinese youngster Guan Tianlang who was penalized one stroke for slow play but still made the cut. He exceeded the 40-second time limit over shots twice but dutifully announced that he respected the decision handed to him. Tianlang and six others including Ryo Ishikawa, Bubba Watson and Lucas Glover had a two-day total of 148 tied for 55th place.

After a masterful opening of 67, First day leader Dustin Johnson slipped slipped to a 76 for a two-day total of 143, dropping him for a tie on 20th spot with 6 others.

Masters hopeful Rory McIlroy and Sergio Garcia are both tied for 14th on 142.
