T-Team has listed 22 new young players, mostly from Terengganu, to carry its challenge for the 2015 Malaysian League season.

Assistant coach Mohd Azhari Salim said they include skipper Marzuki Yusof, Mohd Faizal Muhamad, Mohd Hasbullah Awang, Nuraliff Zainal Abidin; Mohd Shahril Saa'ri and Badrul Hisyam Morris.

"I am confident that these players can help T-Team to win promotion to the Super League in 2016," he told Bernama Monday.

Asked about the foreign players on T-Team's book, he said that all three foreign players who failed to perform as expected would be replaced.

"We are now looking for new foreign players and hope that they can join T-Team players in training before mid-November," he said.

This means that strikers Jimmy Mulisa (Rwanda) and Patrich Wanggai (Indonesia) and midfielder Leandro Dos Santos (Brazil) will no longer feature for T-Team next season.

Mohd Azhari said T-Team was also looking for a new head coach and did not dismiss the possibility that a foreigner be hired for the job.

T-Team, which gambled by appointing former international Anuar Abu Bakar as head coach, was left disappointed as it was relegated to the Premier League.
