Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver will be launching a new YouTube food channel, changing his eponymously-named show to “Food Tube.”

While details are sparse, the newly revamped channel will launch Monday, January 21 with a live show featuring Oliver and friends in the kitchen cooking.

Fans are invited to ask questions on the YouTube channel which Oliver will answer throughout the show.

The theme for the first show, meanwhile, is chicken.

So far, questions include matters of food safety, including how long you can keep cooked chicken in the fridge before it goes bad; the best marinades for poultry and the healthiest way to cook it.

Meanwhile, YouTube launched their own food channel last year, which could be described as the online version of the Food Network given that it’s steered by food TV titan and former TV executive Bruce Seidel.
