PAS will host a teleconference session with a former police commando Sirul Azhar Umar next Monday at 11.30am, said party information chief Datuk Mahfuz Omar, as reported by KiniTV.

Sirul Azhar would be speaking to the media in the session for about 15 minutes, where reporters can ask him questions.

"I asked him and he agreed to communicate with all media," he reportedly said.

But Mahfuz was doubtful on whether Sirul Azhar would disclose information relating to the murder of the Mongolia national Altantuya Shaariibuu.

Meanwhile, the Pokok Sena MP also said Sirul Azhar would schedule a meet-up with the media at his detention centre in Australia, where Malaysian media would also be invited.

Mahfuz said Sirul Azhar was still finding a suitable time for the meet-up.

Yesterday, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak had rubbished the allegation by Sirul Azhar, who claimed he was under orders in the murder of Altantuya.

Sirul Azhar and former chief inspector Azilah Hadri, had been sentenced to death for their involvement in the Mongolian model's murder in 2006. She was 28 years old.
