Two Malaysian men have been charged over an international card-skimming scam.

Looi Mun Keat, 27, and Jack Lee Kim Chuan, 26, were arrested on Friday after a raid at a house in the Melbourne suburb of Clayton, the Australian Associated Press reported.

They were charged with conspiracy to defraud and possessing equipment to make identification documents.
Looi and Lee have been remanded in custody to face the Melbourne Magistrate's Court at a date to be fixed.
