PAS is in the process of suing Sarawak Report over the news portal's allegation that the Islamic party has received millions from Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

Party president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang said the process was being handled by PAS secretary-general Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan and its legal bureau.

"The process of suing Sarawak Report is going on now including appointing a lawyer (in London)," he told reporters after addressing the Kelantan International Muslimah Conference, here, today.

Recently, the London-based news portal alleged that PAS had received RM90 million from Najib, who is also UMNO president, causing anger to PAS members with some lodging police reports for the allegation to be investigated.
