A new trailer for the biopic about Tupac Shakur offers a closer look at the life of the hip hop icon before his death in 1996.

Released to coincide with the 20th anniversary of his death, the second official trailer for "All Eyez On Me," offers a glimpse into the temptations, excess, rivalries and struggles of Tupac in the 1990s whose lyrics often centered around racism, inner city hardships and violence.

Tupac is played by Demetrius Shipp Jr.

The drama is directed by Benny Boom.

"All Eyez On Me" hits theaters Nov 11.
