KUALA LUMPUR: The Barisan Nasional (BN) Youth Job Fair 2022 which will be held at the World Trade Centre (WTC) Kuala Lumpur from Friday to Sunday is expected to provide over 20,000 job opportunities.

Barisan Nasional (BN) Youth chief Datuk Dr Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki said the three-day carnival would involve more than 300 government agencies and private companies which would provide opportunities for not only university graduates but also Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) holders to get jobs.

He said among the parties that will be involved in the carnival include Boustead, DRB Hicom, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Open University Malaysia (OUM), MARA, McDonald's and Coffee Bean.

"We are diversifying in terms of employers and companies that we invite to participate in the fair this time to offer various kinds of jobs and careers to youths out there," he said at a press conference on the BN Youth Job Fair 2022 here today.

Visitors who are interested in attending the carnival which will take place from 9 am to 5 pm are encouraged to dress neatly and arrive early for interviews.

He added that the job fair also offered other activities such as resume preparation clinics, and talks from professionals in various industries.
