Red Shirts movement leader, Datuk Seri Jamal Md Yunus claimed that he was punched in the face by one of 'Zuraida's boys', reported Malaysiakini on Sunday.

The incident occurred when Jamal and his group were pursuing Ampang MP Zuraida Kamaruddin and her Bersih supporters at the Ampang Point mall around 4pm.

The Bersih supporters were distributing flyers and promoting the Nov 19 rally.

It was understood that a scuffle then ensued following a provocation by one of the groups which resulted in the alleged blow on Jamal's face.

"Polis tumbuk saya, polis tumbuk saya! (Police punched me, police punched me!)," said Jamal, who is also Sungai Besar UMNO chief as heard in the video published by KiniTV.

However, he later told the press that he was hit by one of Zuraida's boys.
