During Ramadan, this Ramadan bazaar is a must-visit.

Welcome to Section 13, Shah Alam Ramadan bazaar ... the one-stop food bazaar synonymous among folks staying around Shah Alam, Kelang and Petaling Jaya.

With rows and rows of stalls selling a huge assortment of Ramadan delicacies, the bazaar offer a range of food from traditional Malay kuih to a variety of rice-based dishes.

The word brisk is far-fetched to describe the traders here. Most of the time, they are seen attending to long lines of customers which never seemed to abate until just before time to break fast.

A poll by Astro AWANI recently revealed that the Ramadan bazaar in Shah Alam tops the list among Astro AWANI readers.

In second place is the Putrajaya Ramadan bazaar followed by the Kampung Baru bazaar in third spot.

The survey boasts a total of 10 bazaars within the Klang Valley including Taman Tun Dr Ismail bazaar, Melawati, Wangsa Maju, Kelana Jaya, Keramat AU2, Bangsar and Bukit Bintang.
