Perkasa Selangor has launched a fund to help pay off the RM5,000 fine, imposed by the Sessions Court on road bully Siti Fairrah Ashyikin Kamaruddin, also known as Kiki.

"Out of sympathy, we, the leaders in Perkasa Selangor will collect as much money as we can," the organisation posted on their Facebook page today.

The group said the fund is aimed to lessen the burden of the 30-year-old woman.

Sessions court judge Datuk Zainal Abidin Kamarudin had ordered for Kiki to serve 240 hours of community service for causing damage to retiree Sim Siak Hong’s car, using a steering lock.

A video of the incident was recorded by a bystander and uploaded onto YouTube and shared on Facebook.

In the video clip, Kiki is seen hammering Sim's car with a steering lock and demanding that he pay her on the spot for the damage to her brand new Peugeot 208.

She had also said "I don’t care, pay me RM2,000 now!" and "you very stupid!" as well as some racial slurs towards the end of the video.
