The Federal Territory Barisan Nasional (BN) Youth wing is allocating RM45,000 this month for its free petrol programme to motorcyclists in the federal capital, Putrajaya and Labuan.

Its chief, Datuk Mohd Razlan Rafii said the monthly programme, carried out since last month, was to ease the burden of motorcyclists.

"We are targeting more than 8,000 motorcyclists for this free petrol programme to be carried until end of the year," he told Bernama here today.

Today, motorcyclists can refuel their machines for free at Petronas at Precinct 9, Putrajaya (from noon to 2 pm); Petronas at Segambut (3 pm - 5 pm); Shell at Batu Muda (3 pm - 5 pm); Petronas at Taman Tenaga (3 pm - 5 pm); Caltex at Jln Tun Razak, Bukit Bintang (5 pm - 7 pm).

Petron at Jalan Pasar (5 pm - 7 pm); Petronas at Jalan Chocrane (5 pm - 7 pm); BHP at Taman City, Jln Kuching (6 pm - 8 pm); Shell Kuchai (8 pm - 10 pm); Petronas at Pasir Kiri, Jalan Taman Gasing (8 pm to 10 pm); and Petronas at Saguking, Labuan (8 pm - 10 pm).

The programme will be available at two locations tomorrow, namely BHP at Taman Ibu Kota, Wangsa Maju, from 4 pm to 6 pm and Shell at Jalan Kilang, Setiawangsa (8 pm to 10 pm). -- Bernama
