Pantai Sentral Park, a 23.4-hectare township with a gross domestic value of RM2.5 billion, is expected to be completed within 10 to 15 years.

In a statement today, property developer, IJM Land Bhd, said so far the first two residential phases -- the 38-storey Inwood Residences and the 41-storey Secoya Residences -- had been launched.

The entire township consists of seven residential phases and six commercial phases.

Pantai Sentral Park is also located at the doorstep of the burgeoning MSC Malaysia Cybercente at Bangsar South.

With the coming Pantai Sentral Park Interchange, it is poised to be a township that connects people to Kuala Lumpur, Bangsar and Petaling Jaya.

The township, set against the stunning backdrop of the 80.9-hectare forest in Bukit Kerinchi, is designed to integrate residential, commercial and recreational.

Pantai Sentral Park is expected to accommodate some 15,000 residents. - BERNAMA
