How does a parent disciple their child in this day and age? Is harsh punishment the only solution?

Discipline is the process of teaching children what type of mannerism is suitable and what type is not in varied situations. Discipline can involve both punishment and reward, however, parents should know the art of balancing both in order to have an almost perfect child.

Dr. Weng shares an example on how rewarding method can work with children.
