The Pahang Football Association will start selling the 30,000 tickets allocated for the Malaysia Cup final by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM), starting Wednesday.

Pahang FA secretary-general Fuzzeimi Ibrahim said fans can purchase the tickets, priced at RM40 for adults and RM5 for children, at the Darul Makmur Stadium in Kuantan from 10am to 4pm.

"We will open eight counters at the Darul Makmur Stadium to avoid any congestion or untoward incidents at the stadium.

Fuzzeimi expects the tickets to be snapped up in one hour.

The FAM has decided to print 75,000 tickets for the Malaysia Cup final between Pahang and Kelantan on Nov 3, at the Shah Alam Stadium while both finalists will receive 30,000 tickets each.

The FAM will sell the balance of 15,000 tickets at the Shah Alam Stadium, starting Wednesday.

Pahang who have made it to their sixth Malaysia Cup final after 16 years, have won the cup twice before, namely in 1983 and 1992 and ended as runner-up in 1984, 1994 and 1995.
