KUALA LUMPUR: Barisan Nasional's Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah has been defeated at Gua Musang, a seat which he has represented since 1974.

PAS’ Mohd Azizi Abu Naim won by a razor-thin 163 vote majority. He secured 21,826 votes, defeating Razaleigh, better known as Ku Li, who secured 21,663 votes.

Pakatan Harapan’s Asharun Uji and Pejuang’s Samsu Adabi Mamat lost their deposits, garnering 4,517 and 371 votes respectively.

Ku Li earlier said that the 15th General Election (GE15) may be his last election to contest.
