Tian Chua should stop polluting the minds of the youths with the ‘nonsensical’ #KitaLawan demonstration this May 1.

UMNO Youth exco, Armand Azha Abu Hanifah said the PKR vice-president also needs to resolve his party’s internal problems first before criticising UMNO Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin on any issue.

“Even from before, Tian Chua had always been one who is proud to use the streets as a tool to voice out displeasure towards the government.

“He’s only creating chaos and burdening the people. The rakyat have also understood Tian Chua’s focus in using the public as PKR’s personal strategy for political gains,” he told Astro AWANI.

On Tuesday, Khairy had stated that the ongoing #KitaLawan protests should not hamper support for Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, and that the demonstrations were miniscule compared to the Reformasi movement in the 1990s.

In his response, Tian Chua had yesterday said Khairy’s remark in belittling the #KitaLawan rallies was a sign of UMNO’s fear.

Meanwhile, Armand said Tian Chua, who is Batu MP, needs to ‘look in the mirror’ and note just how many people had defected PKR upon realising the party’s weaknesses.

“Since back then, PKR had been corrupting the youth, especially with their wasteful demonstrations which burden the people.

“This is not 1998, the rakyat have realised PKR’s game and Tian Chua needs to realise that UMNO have never been afraid of their rallies,” he added.
