The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) today continued its proceedings on 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) by calling its chairman Tan Sri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin.

The proceeding, which started at 10am, was headed by PAC chairman Datuk Hasan Arifin.

The meeting ended around 1pm and Lodin is expected to continue with his testimony tomorrow.

Also scheduled to testify before the PAC tomorrow is former 1MDB chairman, Tan Sri Mohd Bakke Salleh.

However, Hasan said the PAC's decision to call up Mohd Bakke would all depends on Lodin's continued testimony tomorrow.

He said, this was because Mohd Bakke's tenure was only for two months whereas Lodin had helmed 1MDB for five years.

Previously, PAC completed its proceedings over the governance of 1MDB with its president and executive director Arul Kanda Kandasamy, by calling him twice.

The proceedings had went on for some three hours where Arul Kanda explained his rationalisation plan for the state development fund.

The last time Arul Kanda testified before the PAC was on Dec 18.
